রিফান্ডের ব্যাপারে কোন অনুরোধ তখনই শুধুমাত্র কার্যকর হবে, যদি তা support@trainingpool.net এ মেইল প্রদান এর মাধ্যমে, ক্রয় করার তিন (৩) দিনের মধ্যে করা হয়।
ক্রয় করার ৩ দিন পর অথবা কোন ট্রেইনিং, কোর্স, ওয়ার্কশপ, ওয়েবিনার, পরীক্ষার প্রস্তুতি শুরু হবার দিন অথবা শুরু হবার পর রিফান্ড এর অনুরোধ কার্যকর হবে না। সমাধানের জন্য অনুগ্রহপূর্বক সাপোর্ট এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
রিফান্ড এর অনুরোধ সফলভাবে প্রসেসড এবং ট্রেনিংপুল লিমিটেড দ্বারা এপ্রুভড হওয়ার ১০ দিনের মধ্যে সুবিধাজনক পরিষেবার মাধ্যমে রিফান্ড করা হবে। গ্রাহককে এসময় একটি নিশ্চিতকরণ ইমেইল পাঠানো হবে।
A Refund Request will be considered valid only if it is made through an email to support@trainingpool.net within 3 days of the purchase.
No refund request will be accepted after 3 days of the purchase or at/after the start date of the training, course, workshop, webinar, exam preparation. No refund is applicable for digital contents and miscellaneous types . Please contact customer support for a solution.
Refunds shall be made through convenient services within 10 days of the refund request being successfully processed and approved by Training Pool Limited. This confirmation will be sent to the user by email.
